Silicone conveyor belts

Silicone conveyor belts are designed for good adhesion or high temperatures.

We have two silicone topcoat conveyor belts in our range:

• polyester-reinforced conveyor belt that is used due to its adhesion,
• and fiberglass reinforced conveyor belt that, due to its resistance to high and low temperature, is used especially for drying and heat shrink tunnels.

• Top coating hardness: from 40 to 64 ShA.
• Total thickness: from 1 to 2 mm.
• Fabric type: rigid monofilament; flexible multifilament.
• Surface type: simple or antistatic.
• Surface pattern: of different types, as required.
• Temperature range: from -50°C to +200°C.
• Production width: up to 2000 mm.
