Gravity-driven conveyor rollers

Application of gravity-driven rollers

We have light, medium and heavy duty idler rollers. They can be used almost anywhere: for the transportation of cardboard and other boxes, steel containers, as well as pallets and other transported goods.

General technical data:

• maximum roller installation length 1500 mm;
• minimum roller installation length 100 mm;
• temperature range from -28 °C to +80 °C.

Coating

Gravity rollers can be coated with PU material. You can choose from PU Baytec (black) and of various hardness (70-90° Shore), which are selected at temperatures from -28 °C to +80 °C.

For the surface, you can choose powder coating or hardening, PTFE, chrome, PU, PVC, or PUR coatings, as well as many other types of coatings.

Variations

Available tube types: D16×Th1; D20×Th1.5; D30×Th2; D40×Th1.5; D50×Th1.5; D60×Th2; D80×Th2; D88.9×Th2.9.

You can choose precision DIN 625 ball bearings available in 2RS and ZZ or special smooth running bearings.

For the surface, you can choose powder coating or hardening, PTFE, chrome, PU, PVC or PUR coatings, as well as many other types of coatings.

Flanges (guide discs)

The flanges guide the transported goods, keeping them centred and preventing them from tipping to the side.

We offer two versions: A – (steel/galvanized) circumferentially welded version; B – (steel/galvanized) half-shells screwed to each other.

Axles and axle machining

Axles manufactured by Euroroll are available of bright galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel (DIN EN 10277-3 or EN 10278-h) as well as of stainless steel (1.4305).
